Country Forums Request

As we are multi-culture community we would like to give to all of you a chance to have your own language forums.
Here are some rules and conditions to get a country forum:

1. You need to create a new topic on this forums.
a ) Subject of the topic must follow a pattern: [Forum Request]Country_Name, e.g. [Forum Request]Brazil
2. Later on you need to collect at least 5 votes to make it valid.
a ) by vote we understand a post created by user
b ) one user can vote one time, other his posts are going to be ignored
c ) this means that 5 different users need to put a comment on this topic
3. 2 weeks after forum is created you will need to choose a Moderator among users of it.
4. If forum won't be active, we will close it.
